    My pregnant coworker really needed to use a restroom on this cross country work trip. After unsuccessfully stopping by two other businesses at this plaza, a gentleman here at Togo's let my friend use their restroom and didn't require us to purchase anything even though I was willing to do so. Great people here and if I'm ever in this area again, I'm buying a few sandwiches here. Kudos to businesses with great customer service. Thanks again.

    I give a 3 star rating only because I don't eat at Togo's regularly but I must compliment the manager, Tony on his exceptional customer service and professionalism....he is always so polite. Big ups to Tony! :-)

    Typical Togo's.  The sandwich is what I expected, and the gal behind the counter was friendly and patient, because I had 4 sandwich orders, and god forbid each person could have the same thing, the same way.  The restaurant was clean and orderly.

    This Togo's customer service was horrible. The manager (named Tony)especially customer service was not okay. The reason why is because I been there already three times and I have presented my dollar rewards to him and all those three times he rejected my Rollie rewards and came up with some excuse so I won't be able to have my food. Also the other employees did not make me feel welcome and whenever I came in the would roll the eyes for a reason I do not understand. This is not accepted because I am coming from my job to have some lunch and for them to treat me like this is unacceptable. This was the closest to my job and now I have to go further one because I don't feel comfortable to this Togo's.

    Be careful here. For a $6 sandwich they charged me $25. I was on the cel phone so the cashier thought I would blindly sign the receipt and give back. When I asked him about it, he was very defensive about it. It looked as though he pulled this trick many times on unsuspecting customers. Too bad. I love Togo's Sandwiches. I went out of my way to go here and this is what I get. Otherwise the sandwich was yummy.
